Tyrone’s approach is always about educating, growing, assisting and encouraging his clients at every level. This drive has brought Tyrone, and his sister Candice, to head up one of the top three largest distributing offices that Discovery has to offer. Timothy Nourse

Timothy Nourse obtained his BCOMM and LLB degrees at the University of Johannesburg. He was admitted as an Attorney in March 2011 and has Right of Appearance in the High Court. As a Director of HN Collection Services (Pty) Ltd and owner of the firm Nourse Inc., Tim handles and oversees all work performed from a debt collection perspective at HN Collection’s Johannesburg and Durban branches. As an ex-Associate in the commercial department at Garlicke & Bousfield Inc. Kwazulu-Natal and with three years of corporate experience as the Group Company Secretary for the corporate giant, The Lion Match Company, Tim gained experience in Commercial Litigation (particularly matters involving the collection of debts for the Insurance and Medical sectors) and commercial contracts (particularly drafting commercial leases and commercial sales agreements). Tim has been instrumental in the integration of Nourse Inc. and HN Collection Services in providing a niche service to the clients of HN Collection by offering soft collections (pre-legal collections) coupled with legally based collections. As a Director of HN Collection Services, Tim is focused on the retention of existing clients and the recruitment of new clients by means of ensuring quality professional debt collection and legal services.
